1. What type of clients do you work with?
We coach both lifestyle clients and competitive athletes. Whether your goal is improving overall health, building muscle, losing body fat, or preparing for the stage, Chasing Gains Coaching is structured to meet you where you are and help you progress to the next level.
2. Do I need gym experience to start?
No. You don’t need prior experience. Your program is built around your current ability, available equipment (home or gym), and personal goals. We’ll guide you step by step.
3. What’s included in the coaching?
Every client receives:
Training, nutritional guidance, cardio, hydration, and supplementation recommendations
Progress tracking through our coaching app
Weekly adjustments based on your check-ins and data
Direct 1-on-1 communication with Coach Chase
Access to the athlete community, team calls, and updates
Optional posing guidance, structure and lifestyle support
4. How is communication handled?
All communication is managed through:
The Chasing Gains App (for check-ins and tracking)
WhatsApp group chat (team updates & announcements)
Direct WhatsApp messaging with Coach Chase (1-on-1 support)
Team calls, weekly updates, and optional in-person meet-ups throughout the year
5. How long is the coaching?
Coaching is billed automatically on a monthly basis. There are no minimum-term requirements unless otherwise agreed to during enrollment.
6. Is this coaching in-person or online?
Coaching is primarily online and app-based. In-person opportunities may be available for athletes local to Coach Chase.
7. What results can I expect?
Results depend on your consistency, effort, and individual goals. Our coaching helps build sustainable habits, improve body composition, increase performance, and enhance overall wellness. We don’t offer quick fixes—this is a long-term approach built for lasting results.
8. Do you provide meal plans?
We provide custom nutrition guidance tailored to your goals and lifestyle. This is not medical nutrition therapy and does not replace professional medical advice. All plans are practical, sustainable, and designed to support your training and recovery.
9. How do I get started?
Click “Apply” or fill out the inquiry form to start your onboarding. Once approved, you’ll receive setup instructions, access to the app, and your first plan.
