1. What type of clients do you work with?

We work with both lifestyle clients and competitive athletes. Whether you're looking to improve your health, build muscle, lose body fat, or step on stage, Chasing Gains Coaching is structured to meet you where you are and take you to the next level.

2. Do I need gym experience to start?

No prior experience is needed. Your program is fully customized based on your current ability, equipment access (home or gym), and goals. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

3. What’s included in the coaching?

Every client receives:

  • Custom training, nutrition, cardio, hydration, and supplementation plans

  • Progress tracking via app

  • Weekly adjustments based on data

  • Direct 1-on-1 messaging with Coach Chase

  • Access to the athlete community, weekly team calls, and announcements

  • Optional posing guidance, lifestyle structure support, and more

4. How is communication handled?

All communication is handled through the Chasing Gains App, WhatsApp team chat, and direct WhatsApp access to Coach Chase for 1-on-1 support. You'll also have access to team calls, weekly updates, and in-person athlete meet-ups throughout the year.

5. How long is the coaching commitment?

There is a 6-month minimum commitment. Coaching is results-driven and designed for long-term transformation, not quick fixes. Billing is automatic on a monthly basis.

6. Is this coaching in-person or online?

All coaching is fully online and app-based, but in-person opportunities are available for clients located near Coach Chase. This allows for flexibility while also offering hands-on moments for local athletes.

7. What results can I expect?

Results vary depending on your consistency, effort, and goals. Our system is designed to build sustainable habits, increase physical performance, improve body composition, and enhance overall wellness. This isn’t a crash diet—it’s a long-term strategy that works.

8. Do you offer meal plans?

Yes—customized nutrition programming is provided based on your needs and goals. We do not provide medical nutrition therapy or meal plans for clinical conditions, but all plans are built to be practical, sustainable, and effective.

9. How do I get started?

Click “Join the Team” or fill out the inquiry form to begin your onboarding process. Once approved, you’ll receive all setup instructions and access to the app and your first plan.
