Why Training More Isn’t Always Training Better

More workouts don’t guarantee better results. In fact, excessive training often leads to stalled progress, fatigue, and burnout — especially for lifestyle clients with limited recovery time.

Effective training balances stimulus and recovery. Strength grows when the body adapts, not when it’s constantly stressed. Training plans must respect sleep, nutrition, and stress levels to be effective.

Chasing Gains Coaching programs training volume intentionally. The goal is to do enough to stimulate progress without interfering with recovery, making consistency possible over the long term.
